"SECOND CITY RECORDS was thought of and created by well known BIRMINGHAM MC/PRODUCER ...ROLAND (LOCAL SUBSTANCE) as a home for all U.K and international artists alike to showcase there musical talents across the globe!!!!Here at second city we are building a reputable label known for strong music and consistent releases appealing to all listeners across the many spectrum's of the drum n bass scene.It all began late 2006 when roland had a vision of a label that new and talented young artists could release tunes on and grow with at the same time.He also wanted to have a label that people could easily recognise for its own unique style in jump up drum n bass.So roland proceeded to put the wheels in motion and started scouting artists that were strong enough to make a big first impression.
