In recent years the rhythmic aspects of the Monolake project have from time to time been modified by Torsten Profrock aka T++. Here the man himself remixes a track from the mighty 'Atlas', continuing a theme of influence from Cern's Large Hadron Collider by conducting its own particle experiment with an extraordinary feat of rhythmic gymnastics from the cutting edge of techno science. Febrile drum patterns surrounded by immense darkside drones in turn remind us of Peter Rehnerg's KTL project and the most advanced variant of post-techno shenaningans imaginable. On the B-side 'Test#10Seed_Bit' strips back the density of 'Atlas' to reveal sleek rhythm mechanics underpinned by swooping subbass depths, once again proving the work of Monolake and T++ to be light years ahead of the field.
